Refund Policy

1. Subscription Start

All Relaya plans are billed from the date of subscription. You have full access to the platform features included in your selected plan from day one.

Your subscription remains active until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings.

2. Monthly Subscriptions

  • You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.
  • If you request a refund within 14 days of payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Your subscription will not renew after the current period ends.

3. Annual Subscriptions

  • If you request a refund within 14 days of your annual subscription payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • After 14 days, you will retain access until the end of your annual billing period.
  • Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current annual billing period.

4. Billing and Payment Processing

All billing for Relaya is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our merchant of record. Paddle processes all payments, refunds, and invoicing on our behalf.

When a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
  • The refund will be returned to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email from Paddle once the refund is processed.

  • We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

6. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes quickly and fairly. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.
